A common occurrence within the Property Management Industry, owners do change for many and varied reasons as each owner and property has differing requirements. It is best to disclose to a prospective agent why you are changing as this can prevent a repeated occurrence should you have had an issue with your previous Property Manager or agency. If you have specific preferences on how your property is managed then this should be discussed to form part of your decision-making process.

In order for The Management Agency to act as your new agent, a New Managing Agency Agreement will be prepared and sent to you. Information that we will require from you to complete this form:

Proof of Identity (Fair Trading Requirement to sight and file copy of ID)

Full names of all Owners to be listed on the Agreement

Current Address, preferred contact numbers and note any preferences on contact methods

Copy of a previous Council Rate, Water Rate and Strata Levy (if applicable), should you wish for us to manage these payments moving forward

Bank Account Details for rental income are required prior to or at take over date
