What do I know about property management?
Well, before building The Management Agency into a successful property management business, I spent years watching property management take a back seat in the sales dominated world of real estate.
I saw property owners short-changed, fobbed off and frustrated on a regular basis – tenants too.
I was powerless to do much about it in the big brand agencies I worked in. Still, I did pay close attention to what makes property management run smoothly and what makes the wheels fall off.
Over the years, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t across every aspect of the business, including:

- Tenancy management
- Trust accounting
For almost 20 years, I’ve used that experience every day to help give my clients the level of service they deserve.
Today, my clients are long-term. They trust me with their property portfolios, and they come to me largely via their friends and family.

Agent, owner, tenant. It doesn’t matter who a person is, what they have or don’t have; we believe every person should be treated with dignity and respect, so that’s how we roll. It’s served us well so far.
We’ve not yet met a property problem we couldn’t overcome, and we’ve never seen negativity improve a trying situation or resolve a problem faster. So, we opt for optimism. Always.
