We’ll take the time to understand your unique needs and goals to provide the best possible service. From there we can line up a catch-up or rental appraisal, whatever works for your circumstances.
Step Three:
Once we’ve discussed your property and management needs and you’re comfortable with proceeding we’ll send through a Request for information which will give us all of the information needed to send you a completed and customized contract outlining the scope of our services, fees, and other relevant details. This request for information will also document some of your preferences and specific instructions. We’ll handle all the paperwork and make it official, so you can sit back and relax.
